BUILDING THE 2017-2019 RACE CAR
Help building the race car for the year 2017-2018 and 2018-2019. Engaged in part design, manufacturing, test, and other processes.
ENGINE REBUILD
Participated in the engine rebuild process of 2017-2018 season. Help assemble the entire engine from pieces and make them run functionally.
DESIGN EXHAUST MANIFOLD
Doing research and design on the design of exhaust manifold. Doing a redesign on the part for it to work better with the newly designed intake manifold.
ENGINE DYNO
Using a separate dyno on the table to test and adjust the engine parameter of running. Testing the newly designed part and give feedback on the power and torque curve.
TESTING
Testing the final design, Put the car on a track, and test the performance of the car. Fix problems like overheating etc, adjust parameters to make the car run faster.
